TECO has made a commitment to continually advance the technology in our Stock Prep line of products. Our latest addition is the Plant Utility Integrity Monitor (PIM) accessory for Drainac® Automatic Online Freeness Analyzer systems. The PIM is designed to monitor both stockline and plant air supply pressures. Should plant air supply pressures consistently fall below minimum required levels for proper Drainac® operation, the PIM will act to isolate the Drainac® from potentially damaging and costly stockline back-flow events.
The PIM will simultaneously alarm both locally (visual and audible alarms) and remotely to notify operators that an utility integrity event has occurred.
